Squatting hurt my left knee. I tried to focus on proper foot placement (parallel, knees tracking feet) and not squatting too low. It didn’t hurt after that.
Deadlift: 185,215,215lb
Did cleans and press as a superset for efficiency.
Took a dip in the freezing-cold lake first thing in the morning, then stopped by FitLab for a quick lift.
