KB Circuit

3 rounds with a 35lb kettlebell:

  • 5 KB Halos each way
  • 10 One-arm KB Swings per arm
  • 10 Pushups
  • 5 KB DLs per arm
  • 10 KB Goblet Squats

Was easier this time than the last. I only paused once during the last set of pushups.
