Stretch, lateral leg raises, box step-ups, SLDLs.
Slow stretching, box stepups, resisted shuffles.
Wall sit, resisted 4-way hips, SLDLs.
Stretch, lots of lateral movement exercises (squeeze soccer ball, resisted shuffles, leg raises).
Stretch, wall sit, lateral leg raises.
Stretch, wall sits, knee stabilization, foam rolling.
Stretched quads and hamstrings, then did tendinitis PT.
PT for my knee. Side-lying leg lift, straight leg raise, resisted terminal knee extension.
