3 rounds of:

  • 10 Roller Pushups (5 per arm)
  • 10 KB Swings
  • 10 KB Press (5 per arm)

Then, 2 rounds of:

  • 5 Hamstring Curls
  • 10 Burpees
  • 10 V-Ups

Then, 1 more round from the first part.

All using a 35lb KB.
