  • 4 sets of 10-20-30 suicides with throwing
  • Triangle breakmark drill for 10 throws
  • Hucks to away cuts
  • 2 minutes of hucks to a partner. Catch a huck, bring it back, catch the next. Goal: catch as many as you can in 2 min.
  • Triangle breakmark for 30 stalls
