Two hours of soccer with my dad yesterday.
A bunch of Ampers and a few possible future Ampers played 2 hours of indoor at Tees. Then pizza and beer at Jill’s house.
10 burpees per minute for as many minutes as you can. I got 9 minutes + 6 burpees.
Played US for 3 hours. My D is getting better and I’m more heads up, but my throws still suck.
