  • 4x6 Push Press: 85lb
  • 4x60 seconds (cumulative) hollow hold. My single best hold was 30 seconds.

WOD

4 rounds for time of:

  • 200m Run
  • 10 Push Press (65lb)
  • 10 Pullups

Halfway through (after 2 rounds), do 20 burpees.
