Did day 1 of the program. I skipped some of the running/plyo stuff in the beginning but managed to do all the lifting and conditioning.

- DB Snatch: 3x3@40lb
- Deadlift: 3x5@225lb
- Half-Kneeling KB Press: 6@35,30,30lb
- RFESS: 5@40,50,80 (right leg only)
