Penn Park Speed and Agility

  • Plyo warmups
  • Pushing a stationary object
  • 4x pushing acceleration starts
  • 3x3 sprint starts with different distances for each set
  • 6 reps of 5-10-5 drill. My best time was 5:07
  • 5 reps of 3-cone drill. My best time was 8:78
  • Y-cut drill (in cut, catch, fake upfield, dump, clear, cut break, cut deep, catch huck). I marked for 5, threw 5, and cut a bunch.
  • 10 minutes of long throwing. I worked on snapping my wrist on my flicks.
