- 3x3 sprint starts with different distances for each set
- 6 reps of 5-10-5 drill. My best time was 5:07
- 5 reps of 3-cone drill. My best time was 8:78
- Y-cut drill (in cut, catch, fake upfield, dump, clear, cut break, cut deep, catch huck). I marked for 5, threw 5, and cut a bunch.
- 10 minutes of long throwing. I worked on snapping my wrist on my flicks.
