First AMP Tryout

This practice went almost exactly like last week’s practice. We did the same drills in pretty much the same order. The only additions were that we broke into three groups and one group did fitness while the others played full-field 4 on 4. We also played some 7 on 7 at the end, and then conditioned with 3 Jamals and 9 20m sprints.
