Basement Gym Workout

Patrick’s new house has a small gym setup in the basement, so I think I’ll be working out there in the near future. Here’s what I did today:

  • Squats: 8/185, 8/165
  • Row Pushups: 3x8/20lb db
  • Single-leg RDL: 3x8/20lb db
  • Pullups: 3x8
