  • Bench: 3/170lb, 4/160lb, 6/150lb
  • Overhead Squat: 3x10/45lb
  • Calf Raise: 3x15
  • Bent-over Row 3x6/70lb

Still rehabbing my ankle. Tried to do cleans but the jump doesn’t feel good yet.
