Start a clock. Every minute on the minute (including the first minute), do 4 burpees. For the rest of the minute, make your way through the following exercises.
- 20 Thrusters
- 20 Sumo Deadlift High Pull
- 20 Push Jerk
- 20 Front Squats
- 20 Back Squats
Did it in 11:50 with 65lb barbell.
The last two should be overhead squats and front squats, but we modified it.
